01Who we are
CWW Investments LLC, doing business as Blackframe Marketing ("Blackframe", "we", "us"), builds and maintains websites from Spokane, Washington. This policy covers this website and the enquiry form on it. It does not cover the websites we build and host for clients, which are governed by those clients' own policies.
02What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the enquiry form, we receive exactly the following:

Along with your entries, the form records the page address you submitted from and the date and time of submission. The enquiry form does not collect a phone number or text-message consent; text messaging is handled only through the chat widget described below.
Information collected automatically
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not use it to build profiles of you across other websites. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Because those files are requested from Google's servers, Google receives your IP address and basic request information when the page loads.
Chat widget
Every page loads a chat widget provided by GoHighLevel so you can message us directly. The widget runs code from GoHighLevel's servers and may set cookies on your device to remember your conversation between visits. If you use the chat, we receive the messages you send and any contact details you provide in it, and they become part of your contact record in our CRM. If you would rather not use it, simply do not open the chat.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you put in that email.
03Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and recommend a plan
- To prepare and send proposals, and to provide the services if you become a client
- To keep records of our communications and agreements
- To keep the site secure and working
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
- To send you marketing emails or text messages, but only if you asked us to. See the next section
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
04Emails and text messages
We will always reply to an enquiry you send us. That is the conversation you started, and it is not marketing. Anything beyond that reply is opt-in.
Marketing emails
If you tick the email box on our form, we may send occasional tips and updates about websites and marketing. Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Unsubscribing stops the marketing email; it does not stop us replying to you about your project or your account.
Text messages
We only text you if you opt in through the chat widget on our site and provide a mobile number there. Text-message consent is collected solely through that widget; our enquiry form does not collect a phone number or SMS consent. Opting in is never a condition of buying anything from us.

When you opt in, we record what you agreed to and the date and time you agreed, so both sides have a clear record.
Your mobile information
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the exceptions in the sharing section below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is never shared with any third party for their own marketing.
Withdrawing consent
Unsubscribe from any marketing email, reply STOP to any text, or email hello@blackframe-marketing.com and we will remove you from both.
07How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are kept in our CRM for 24 months and then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for 7 years afterwards, to meet contractual, tax, and accounting requirements. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
08Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Provide a copy in a portable format
- Stop contacting you
Email hello@blackframe-marketing.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, for example under the Washington My Health My Data Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR if you are in the EU or UK. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below and we will respond as that law requires.
09Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to enquiry and client data to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10Children
Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be notified to active clients by email.
